This week on the podcast I am talking with Chris Cannon. Chris is the founder of Studio Prosperity and the host of The Studio Prosperity podcast. Chris and I had the pleasure of meeting in Mexico City and recording this in person!
On this episode, we talk about all things yoga studios and yoga business, including why it’s okay to make money and still be spiritual, why software and systems are important in your yoga studio, the relationship between the studio owner and the teacher, and why being competitive can actually harm your business instead of make it thrive.
Enjoy!
