Thank you for this generous offer. As an Artistic Director, Choreographer and Performer I have always woven dance technique, anatomy and kinesiology in my Yoga teachings as well as creative sequencing and musicality, either through musical accompaniment both live and recorded and breath work. My RYT/500 thesis was on “Yoga as a Performance Art” and I would be interested in sharing content, if desired, in the event you might invite guest speakers and practitioners to your special platform.
Hey Lynn! This sounds amazing! Amanda would love to chat with you about coming on the show. Feel free to email her at info@mbomyoga.com with your pitch!
