This week on the podcast I am joined by Marissa Tolero. Marissa is a compassion-focused therapist and yoga instructor who runs a virtual private practice working with women and the LGBTQIA+ community where she integrates a personalized yoga practice, talk therapy, and guided meditation in every session.
In this week’s episode, we talk about how Marissa got introduced to yoga, what inspired her to become a yoga teacher, why she decided to start working primarily with women and the LGBTQ+ community. We also discuss how to create inclusivity for the LGBTQ+ community in our studios and offerings, as well as some of the biggest business lessons that Marissa has learned throughout her career.
Enjoy!
