In this solo episode, I share that I am currently pregnant and getting ready to welcome a second baby girl into our family. With the transition from one to two kids, I’ve decided to take the rest of the year off to focus on motherhood and my family.

This week on the podcast, I am joined by Maria Waag. Maria is a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher with more than 19 years of experience with yoga and 11 years of mindfulness.
