This week on the podcast I am celebrating 3 years of M.B.Om! On February 1, 2016, I launched the very first episode of M.B.Om, and now, I have 134 episodes live. The last 3 years of M.B.Om has been a wild ride on this episode, I share what my intentions were when I started, how the podcast has grown and what that’s been like, some of my biggest learnings from running M.B.Om, the highlights and the lowlights, as well as what’s next for the show.
