This week on the podcast I am joined by Caitlin Schneider from Caitlin Red Yoga. Caitlin is a corporate wellness provider, where she brings her virtual yoga-based programs to companies across the US. She is also a female employee wellness coach, where she offerings her signature wellness program to women who are mistreated in the workplace.
In this episode, Caitlin shares how she got into yoga, what inspired her to become a yoga teacher, how she found her niche in corporate wellness, what it was like to shift from in-person to online corporate wellness, as well as some of her top tips for anyone who wants to start an online corporate wellness yoga business.
