Katie Roll was an international manager, and she was burnt out, unhealthy, tired and constantly stressed. She was unhappy and knew she needed a changed. She quit her job, and decided to pursue the path of becoming a full-time yoga teacher.
On this episode of the podcast, Katie shares what it has been like to transition from corporate America to being a full-time yoga teacher, what she has learned as a yoga teacher, and the business lessons she wish she knew when she first started.
