This week on the podcast I am joined by Lily Allen-Duenas. Lily is an international yoga teacher, meditation guide, and holistic health and wellness coach. Lily is also the founder of the Wild Yoga Tribe and is the host of the Wild Yoga Tribe podcast, and she also works with individuals to help them with their marketing, graphic design, and branding.
In this episode of the podcast, Lily shares her journey as a yoga teacher and how she had built a business teaching across the globe. When the pandemic hit, Lily was forced to slow down and stay put, which allowed her to focus on other areas of her business, including supporting her clients with their businesses. One aspect of this is social media, and Lily and I discuss the importance of social media, how to use social media effectively in your yoga business, as well as some of her top tips for social media, batching, Reels, and much more.
