This week on the podcast, I am joined by the co-founder of American Yogi, Mike Sussman. Mike started American yogi with his brother last year after seeing the need to make yoga more accessible for veterans, first responders, non-typical yogis, and men.
In this episode, Mike shares the story of his brother recovering from a broken back with yoga, finding yoga himself, and experiencing the life-changing effects of consistent practice. We also discuss the process of creating a yoga brand and how to make a movement beyond your products.
