• When you own a studio, you are 100% responsible for all the classes – if someone backs out last minute, you need to be there!

• You can expand your reach by going online and it’s possible to connect with anyone around the world
• When you turn your business online, you can really find your tribe and the people that you really connect with
• Have self-care practices in place for when you’re feeling down or unmotivated
• Know that it’s okay for your business to shift and change overtime
• You don’t have to have a perfect vision for your business to be successful!
• Find your own definition of success, and live by that
• Trust your intuition – a daily meditation practice can really help with this

• Remember that you never know what someone has dealt with in their life
• Be honest and authentic with your audience, and let them get to know who you are
• Don’t let anything be the end all, be all
• Use your private online community as a way to do market research and find out what people are interested in
• Find a target market and a clearly defined niche
• Remember that you don’t have to have everything figured out!
• 10% action and 90% getting into alignment – you really need to get into the place you want to be to succeed
