This week on the podcast I am joined by Julie Majale!

Julie is the Academy and Learning Coordinator for The Africa Yoga Project (AYP). In this episode, Julie and I talk about her journey to yoga and AYP, what AYP does, and the programs that they offer, as well as the impact that AYP has on individuals and African communities. We also discuss Black Lives Matter and how we can begin to shift our actions in our lives and in our yoga communities.
