Recapping my Workflow:
- I use Google Calendar online and a physical Passion Planner to schedule and keep track of appointments, events, and interviews
- Pivot point method for appointments – for many of you listening this will be classes you’re teaching, privates you have scheduled, other jobs you may work, doctors appointments, coffee dates with friends, and networking events
- I use the Todist app as my task list manager and for keeping track of bigger projects. I write down all of my tasks and then put them in a task list manager and then schedule them out strategically based on what is most. important and what my schedule is like
- I set myself up for success by identifying my most important task for the day then 3-5 additional actionable tasks that I will focus on
- I set boundaries in my schedule and stick to them to make sure I am recharging my energy
- Finally, every month I choose one project that I want to have finished by the end of the month and schedule in time to work on it
